The goal of this project is to exploit new social technologies to join and expand two risk governance networks (one in Canada and one in the UK), both of which include academics and critical infrastructure (CI) owners and operators, to produce multi-disciplinary risk analyses of past and potential CI failures. We aim to improve responses to CI failures by generating more robust analyses.
