Emma Comrie, a PhD candidate from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, is visiting Dalhousie University to continue her research on risk discussions in Twitter.

Emma will be with us in the School of Public Administration from May 9th to June 9th. While here, she will be meeting with social media experts in Dalhousie School of Information Management’s Social Media Lab, and local government officials interested in using Twitter as a tool for gathering information on how risks are discussed and enhancing government risk communication.

Please join us in welcoming Emma.
